1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, company, or other legal entity, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that entity and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
NexaCore is a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that assists businesses in scheduling, tracking, and optimizing maintenance activities, equipment uptime, parts inventory, and workforce assignments.
3. Data Ownership and Licensing
Client Data Ownership
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to any maintenance logs, work orders, parts inventory metadata, asset details, and user profiles that you or your authorized users upload, enter, or store in the Service.
License to Service Provider
You grant NexaCore a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, display, and process your Client Data solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and secure the Service to you and your organization.
4. User Accounts & Security
Access to the Service requires the creation of individual user profiles. Each user must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities that occur under their accounts. You agree to immediately notify administrators of any unauthorized use or security breach.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
Bypass or attempt to bypass security measures or RLS policies.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or use the Service for spam or unsolicited activities.
Store or transmit data that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexaCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you are in violation of these Terms or if your subscription agreement terminates. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the last updated date of these Terms or by sending an administrative notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
